Overview of Block 2
Overview of Block 2
In the second and third blocks, we will plan for the new implementation of the teaching system.
In the second and third blocks, we will plan for a new implementation of a teaching system, and aim to master needs analysis and systematization,
environmental factor analysis, consideration of options other than training, operational planning, design of organizational change processes, and resource management methods.
In the PMBOK process, this is the part that corresponds to the "start-up" to "planning" process.

What we want you to be able to do in a couple of blocks is the following.
(1) Analyze new e-learning clients.
It will be possible to sort out the true needs of the client (not only what the client is asking for in the RFP, but also what is considered necessary for the client), and the internal and external environmental
factors that will have both positive and negative effects on the implementation.
(2) Based on the results of the analysis, develop a concept and generate ideas for the new introduction.
They will be able to consider and compare what kind of e-learning to implement and how to implement it, as well as other options besides
e-learning.
(3) To make concepts and ideas concrete, be able to write course specifications, screen transition diagrams, and project management documents (WBS, schedule, resource management chart).
(4) Proposals can be made for the introduction of new e-learning programs.
Of these, we will study (1) and (2) in Block 2, followed by (3) and (4) in Block 3.
Let's work towards a proposal!

In this block, we will also show examples of each task through sample cases. Refer back to them (but always with the perspective of constructive criticism, as each task example is not a model answer).
