This course aims to provide students with a blueprint for a teaching system that incorporates e-learning, a proposal for the implementation process, and a plan for improving the current system.
Students will learn various techniques for the design and operation management of the entire teaching system, including needs analysis and systematization of teaching materials and contents, analysis of environmental factors, consideration of options other than training, operational planning, design of organizational change processes, and resource management methods.
In the first block, students learn through cases about proposals for improvement plans, and in the second block, about proposals for new installations. Each block has an individual study session and a group study session.
This time, we will discuss a "sample case" and think about ideas for improvement while actually experiencing and learning the e-learning subject matter(individual work).
