Please refer to the attached file for the checklist and image transition diagram.

The following is a list of suggestions for improvement.

<Suggestions for improvement>

(1) Exit: Setting of learning objectives and appropriateness of evaluation methods

The learning objective is "to be able to make choices," but the RFP requests that the learners "be able to handle medium-scale projects with ease and confidence" in practice. Based on the response of the learners, there is a certain learning effect immediately after learning the contents, but the effect tends to decrease as the time passes. If it is costly to revise the content, consider changing the learning objective to one that deals with more advanced intellectual skills, such as "I can make suggestions about ...", and revise the content substantially.

(2)Entrance: Adult learning theory and target audience

Although the target audience is clearly stated, there is a lack of devices to motivate people and give them confidence in being qualified. It would be better if learning could start in a situation where it is easy (or sufficiently motivating) to provide specific motivation, such as employees who are planning to work on actual projects. In addition, it would be better if a branching system could be set up so that the content that does not need to be studied can be selected.

(3)Structure: Itemization from course elements

The difficulty level may be set and displayed according to the situation, or the difficulty level may be increased step by step.

(4) Strategy: Devising content to support the achievement of learning objectives

It is thought that there is insufficient practice and testing to complete the entire process, and that it is necessary to set up a confirmation test throughout the entire process.

(5) Environment: Selecting appropriate media and establishing a support system

If cost is not a problem, it would be desirable to make the contents more portable and mobile-ready. In addition, developmental learning and continuous learning are necessary to continue to tackle the complex task of project progress. We would like to consider guiding (developing) the students to the application course and opening the course for re-learning so that they can review the content after learning.

Dear Mr. H:.

I have read your post. I will comment on it below.

・I agree that there is room to revisit the learning objectives, whether in terms of wording or content.

・Whether it is at the entrance or the exit, there is a need to ensure the quality of the students by positioning the test and setting it clearly.

・I hadn't thought of reconfiguring the content to take into account the difficulty level of the content, but if I were to do that, it would be a lot of work, almost like developing a new course, and I would be worried about the cost.

・I think it is desirable to support mobile phones for the convenience of the participants. Not only in this course, but in general, I think it will be necessary to consider mobile compatibility in the future of information provision methods. I think the challenge will be to find a balance between the cost of the transition and the potential for increased revenue.

・Developmental learning and continuous learning are necessary, but it is necessary to consider from various angles what methods are desirable. As much as possible, it is necessary to consider methods that reflect the actual workplace situation.

That's all.

S

Mr. H.

By now, I have seen your post and would like to comment on your suggestions for improvement.

---

(1) Exit: appropriateness of setting learning goals and evaluation methods
I agree with you about reviewing the exits because I thought it was not clear what the goals were in the end, but I did not think much about controlling the timing, so I thought it was a good idea.

(2) Entrance: Adult learning theory and target audience
I've been thinking about the need to check motivation and whether there is a good way to check it, and I agree with you about the need to check it. I agree with you about the need to check, but I wonder what a good way to check would be.

(3) Structure: Itemization from course elements
I have the same opinion about setting the difficulty level, etc. This course seems to focus too much on setting realistic situations and not on difficulty level and knowledge development. I felt that the difficulty level could have been indicated even in the final summary.

(4) Strategy: Devising content to support the achievement of learning objectives
While I did not feel uncomfortable working on the material, the confirmation test was certainly not well placed.

(5) Environment: Selecting appropriate media and establishing a support system
There was no guidance for developmental or continuous learning. There's nothing left for me to do, and it seems to be a material that I'm likely to leave undone.

The proposed contents were quite similar, so I will be brief, but that's all.I look forward to working with you.
