<supplement>

From the standpoint of the reader of the proposal (the customer receiving the proposal in the case of business, and the faculty member grading the proposal in the case of this course), the proposal should be concise and written in a few pages. Please take this into consideration when you prepare your proposal.

<Reference Information>

When a client hears about your proposal for the first time, they usually only read the main body of the proposal, and the more pages you have, the more likely they are to have a bad impression of your proposal. Therefore, try to narrow down the number of sheets as much as possible so that the concept and features (points you want to appeal) are clear.
To do this, prioritize the information you present, make the proposal appealing, and show the minimum amount of information necessary to make the client understand that the proposal is both desirable and feasible.
If the information is not the "minimum necessary", i.e., it is "better to have" or "may be good to have", it is possible to present or attach it in the form of "Please refer to the attached documents for more detailed information" as a common practice.

 One way to use the appendices is to provide information that reinforces or supports the concept or idea written in the main body of the proposal (and that is not so important that the proposal can be understood without it) by linking it to the concept or idea written in the main body of the proposal. It is possible to do this.
However, from the client's point of view, such an attachment is rarely read in the early stages of proposal consideration, especially in a competition. Basically, it is important to convey the concept and main idea of the project only in the main proposal document. Please consider that there is a high possibility that your proposal will not be read during this grading and correction process.

  In consideration of the above, please prepare and submit the attached materials.
