In the first half of Block 3 (Session 6 and Session 7), we have been discussing "knowledge creation theory" and "organizational learning theory" in management studies, keeping in mind their relationship with human resource development. Furthermore, in the latter half of the three blocks (Session 8 to Session 10), we have discussed the characteristics of the "learning through practice" method used in today's human resource development, taking the "action learning" method as a starting point.
As a summary of the above study, please discuss the possibilities and challenges of "learning through practice" from your own perspective as the last assignment in Block 3.
When you have finished writing, please proceed to Block 4.
Please keep the following points in mind when conducting [Task 10].
- Since this task is largely meant to be a "summary" of what you have learned in the three blocks, it is acceptable if there is some overlap with what you have learned in the previous tasks (Task 6 -Task9).
The content of the study itself in [the 6th to 9th sessions] contains quite a few overlapping themes, so it is natural that you will have to refer back to your own ideas that you have once expressed. - However, in the course of your study, there may be areas in which your own ideas have changed from what you stated in the [the 6th to 9th sessions]tasks.
In such cases, try to present your "current thoughts" without being limited by what you have said in the past.
There is no need to mention how your thoughts have changed since the 6th through the 9th issues. - There are no particular requirements regarding the volume (number of words) of the report, but a rough estimate is about 1,500 words.
(More than this is acceptable. If it is less, it does not matter as long as it is substantial in content.)
