 As mentioned earlier, in [the 8th through 10th sessions], we will take the "action learning" methodology as a starting point to organize the characteristics of the methodology used in human resource development today, and explore its potential and challenges.
As a first step, please briefly describe the characteristics of "Action Learning" in the "MarCord style," keeping in mind that it is a "method of learning through practice.
