[Task 10] task submission box

In the first half of Block 3 (Part 6 and Part 7), we have been discussing "knowledge creation theory" and "organizational learning theory" in management studies, keeping in mind their relationship with human resource development.
Furthermore, in the latter half of the three blocks (Part 8 to Part 10), we have discussed the characteristics of the "learning through practice" method used in today's human resource development, taking the "action learning" method as a starting point.
As a summary of the above study, please discuss the possibilities and challenges of "learning through practice" from your own point of view as the last assignment of the three blocks.
