 Cross-boundary learning, which involves jumping across organizational boundaries, is one type of learning that will become increasingly important in the future as the way businesspeople work and their careers change. In the future, it will be necessary to design how to link cross-border learning with workplace learning and human resource development. So, after understanding cross-border learning, please reflect on your experiences and feel free to discuss how "cross-border learning" can be connected to workplace learning and experiential learning (please post your ideas on the bulletin board).  Please keep the following points in mind when writing.

  1. In this issue, based on the concept of cross-border learning, please actively express your thoughts on how to connect cross-border learning with workplace learning and experiential learning from the perspective of someone who designs work-related learning (such as a human resource development manager or supervisor in an organization). Although it is not necessary to propose specific solutions, please do not argue the pros and cons of cross-border learning, but rather provide constructive comments from the perspective of how to incorporate cross-border learning into the human resource development of the company.
